Ghost Nest is a business dedicated to giving consumers the power to customize interior home hardware and accessories (like knobs). You can use the Dreamerator to make custom pieces, or choose designs already premade in the Gallery Space.
Ghost Nest is optimized to run in the latest versions of Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome. If you don’t have one of the above mentioned browsers, please download the latest version of one of them at their respective websites.
The Dreamerator is the customization area of Ghost Nest that allows you to create your own personalized products. In the Dreamerator, you can choose the product you would like to customize, personalize the product (e.g. custom image, text, background color, etc), preview the product in 3D, and then purchase it or submit it to the Gallery Space or both.
The Gallery Space is the community powered design area of Ghost Nest. The Gallery Space hosts all of the community created content, which everyone can peruse and purchase. The Gallery Space will showcase the most popular designs, editor’s selections, and all of the designs ever submitted to the Gallery Space. Users can click on each design to see more information about the individual who created it. Users can also browse through other designs that the artist created, or even leave comments about designs the user finds interesting.
The Featured Artists is the area of Ghost Nest that celebrates some of the amazingly talented artists and designers who have created products on Ghost Nest. We will continually update this section, but there will always be three artists featured in this area. Users can click the individual artist’s profile to see more information about them, as well as other designs that they have created.
The editors of Ghost Nest will handpick artists and designers who have exemplified creativity, uniqueness, and a distinctive style. Users are encouraged to submit designs and interact with the community to increase their chances of becoming a featured artist.

Currently, Ghost Nest attempts to process orders once each week. Although there may be circumstances when it will take longer to deliver a user’s order, particularly for orders outside the continental United States, a user should normally allow for at least 10 business days from when a user places an order until when Ghost Nest expects it to arrive for a user’s enjoyment. However, Ghost Nest does not guarantee delivery dates and there may be times when orders arrive later than anticipated.
Because your order is truly a customized item made to your design, Ghost Nest does not accept returns and does not offer refunds. However, if the product you order is broken, flawed, defective, or doesn’t contain the artwork you requested, at Ghost Nest’s option, your order will either be replaced or a refund will be made.
